Classes

Do you offer any intro classes?

Your first class is FREE!!! And here's a secret... sign up for our newsletter and get an extra on-demand video for FREE!

I'm a beginner. Which class do you recommend?

We aim for our workouts to be accessible to ALL levels. We give modifications when needed and we want everyone to feel good while taking a Spiral class.

What if I don't have the equipment needed for the class?

It's okay! You can use so many household options (water bottles, wine bottles, rocks, children, pets, etc) You can still do any class even if you don't have the equipment.

How many new on-demands are uploaded weekly?

Usually between 1-2 weekly. Some weeks you may see more especially when we have a featured instructor on the site!

Troubleshooting

Where can I see my account info?

If you look in the right corner of the site you'll a profile icon where you can login to your account to see your membership, past classes, and upcoming schedule.

I am having trouble accessing an on demand video

We will ALWAYS make sure you can get your workout. First make sure if you've rented you aren't passed the 48 hour rental period. Then, if you have bought the video make sure your membership isn't expired. If those options don't help resolve the issue, please contact us via email (hello@spiral.fitness) or DM us on Instagram (Spiralfitnessofficial).

Cancellation

Can I cancel a class?

You can only cancel your live class up to 15 minutes before the class starts.

How do I cancel my membership?

Please go to your account on the website in the top right corner. You will be able to cancel and or change your membership there. If you have any troubles please reach out via email hello@spiral.fitness.
