The perfect combo of strength and cardio! This class is broken down into 3 circuits. You’ll move through 3 exercises in each circuit, 3 times through and ends with a core finisher. Each round uses different time intervals, taking your fitness to the next level! This class uses a kettlebell but you can use dumbbells instead if you do not have a kettlebell.
